Overview
My first portfolio, built with React, deployed on Vercel and connected to my own domain. What I worked out while building it became the foundation for the site you are on now.
Points
- Organising multiple projects clearly I organised several projects from my coding bootcamp into a clear portfolio, making it easy for visitors to understand the key features and technologies used in each project.
- Designing a UI to showcase my work Rather than simply displaying my projects, I designed and implemented the UI and layout to clearly communicate the key features and technology stacks of each project.
- Building a portfolio that could be easily maintained At the time, adding a new project required manually editing the code and pushing the changes to GitHub to update the website. This experience made me realise the need for a more efficient way to manage and add projects, which led me to redesign my portfolio using Sanity as a content management system.
